The Most Expensive House Of The World Sold In France

The castle, built in honor of King Louis XIV in France, was sold for USD 301 million. The castle, inspired by 17th century French buildings, has a home theater, ballroom, underground night club, wine cellar and a room surrounded with an aquarium.

A large amount of gold and marble were used in the construction of the castle, which was completed in 2011. The magnificent castle also has wall paintings similar to the ones in Sistine Chapel of the Vatican. The castle, which was sold for $ 301 million, was bought by an unknown person from the Middle East.
