CBAs are the locations where professional office buildings are concentrated and include the most intense and demanded office areas in the pedestrian-vehicle traffic and service sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">This axis, defined as the CBA of \u0130stanbul, includes Levent, Etiler, Maslak, Zincirlikuyu-Esentepe-Gayrettepe and Be\u015fikta\u015f-Balmumcu regions. As a result of the city&#8217;s growth and demand increased, other regions were added to these regions and divided into Asia and Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The financial center and its surroundings on the Anatolian side are known as the central business area. In addition, Kartal, one of the largest districts of the Anatolian side of \u0130stanbul, is rapidly progressing to become the most important central business area and culture and art center of \u0130stanbul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Big companies prefer locations that meet their needs and make transportation easier. As Kartal is close to both the rail system, sea transportation and the TEM and D100 (E5) highway connection, it offers many alternatives to \u0130stanbul&#8217;s biggest problem, transportation. Kad\u0131k\u00f6y-Pendik metro line also increases the value of the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Major projects in the region also change the socio-economic profile of Kartal. Thanks to high-level projects, well-educated and high-income people started to choose Kartal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">With its long coastline, islands and sea views, Aydos forest, ease of transportation and proximity to financial centers, Kartal has become an important center. It is the best location that connects \u0130stanbul to Anatolia with its proximity to Osmangazi Bridge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The financial center project, which is under construction in Ata\u015fehir, has increased real estate prices in the region. For this reason, investors are turning to more accessible and attractive regions in terms of pricing.
